To assist customers in selecting the correct product, YP, LLC is happy to provide additional photographs, videos, and detailed descriptions upon request prior to shipment.
Slot Machines – 14-Day Limited Return Policy
YP, LLC offers a 14-day return policy on slot machines, subject to the following strict conditions:
All returns must be pre-authorized and coordinated in advance via email or telephone with YP, LLC.
Returned slot machines must be received by YP, LLC in the exact working condition in which they were originally shipped.
All original parts, components, documentation, and accessories must be included, intact, unmodified, and unaltered.
Unauthorized Modifications
Any attempted repair, modification, adjustment, or alteration to the slot machine or any of its components without prior written consent from YP, LLC will immediately void this return policy.
Packaging, Freight & Insurance
The customer is solely responsible for proper crating, packaging, and securing any returned item.
The customer is responsible for all return freight costs, shipping charges, and insurance.
YP, LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipment.
Inspection & Restocking Fees
All returned slot machines are subject to a full inspection upon receipt.
Final determination of return acceptance is at the sole discretion of YP, LLC.
Approved refunds are subject to: A 25% restocking fee Original outbound shipping costs Any return shipping fees incurred if the original shipment was refused, undeliverable, or redirected
Parts Returns (Non-Electronic)
All non-electronic parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be pre-authorized by YP, LLC.
Parts must arrive in fully functional, usable, and resale-ready condition.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping, freight, and insurance costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final determination of acceptance of any parts return is at the sole discretion of YP, LLC.
Software – No Returns / No Refunds
All software sold individually is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Software sold by YP, LLC is tested and verified operational prior to shipment.
