YP, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, void, or reverse any order, shipment, or delivery if the sale, possession, or use of a product is restricted or prohibited by law in the BUYER’s jurisdiction, or if the transaction presents legal, regulatory, or compliance risk.

In such cases, YP, LLC’s liability shall be limited to refund of amounts actually paid, excluding shipping, handling, processing, or restocking fees where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YP, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Buyer’s failure to comply with applicable laws.

9. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

The BUYER agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YP, LLC, including its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, penalties, fines, seizures, forfeitures, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

The purchase, ownership, possession, transportation, display, installation, or use of any slot machine or gambling device;

Any alleged or actual violation of federal, state, county, municipal, or local laws or regulations;

Any enforcement action, investigation, citation, or seizure by any governmental or regulatory authority.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the completion of the transaction, delivery of goods, and any termination of agreements between the BUYER and YP, LLC.

YP, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any sale, shipment, or delivery to jurisdictions deemed high-risk or prohibited at its sole discretion, even after payment, without liability beyond refund of amounts paid.
