YP, LLC stands behind the products we sell. All slot machines and video poker machines purchased from YP, LLC for private home use only include a one (1) year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified in writing.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and expires one (1) year from that date. Any parts supplied by YP, LLC to correct a warranty issue are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and do not extend the warranty.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

If you experience an issue with your machine, you must contact YP, LLC to schedule a time when you are physically in front of the machine for troubleshooting.

Technical support is provided only during YP, LLC’s normal business hours.

Many issues can be resolved through guided troubleshooting or a simple component reset.

Warranty Coverage – Parts & Components

YP, LLC will replace, at its expense, any component that is part of the original slot machine as sold, provided the component is not excluded under this Limited Warranty.

Components substituted, altered, or added that were not part of the original machine are not covered.

Any attempt to substitute non-original components voids all warranties on the machine.

Original parts may be marked or identifiable to verify warranty eligibility.

Supplied Warranty Parts – Return Requirement

Any part(s) supplied by YP, LLC to correct a warranty issue must be returned at the BUYER’S expense if requested.

If supplied part(s) are not returned when requested, the BUYER agrees to be charged for each part.

The BUYER authorizes YP, LLC to charge the credit card on file to recover the cost of unreturned parts.

Parts Warranty (Sold Separately)

Any part sold individually carries a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

No returns or refunds are permitted on any electrical or electronic components.

Unauthorized Repairs Void Warranty

Most slot machine components can be replaced with technical guidance from YP, LLC.

Any warranty is immediately void if:

Repairs are attempted without consulting YP, LLC technical support first

Components are replaced, modified, or altered without authorization

Use YP, LLC’s technical expertise rather than attempting self-repair.

Limited Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does NOT cover the following:

Light bulbs

Fuses

Starters

Glass or monitor breakage

Intentional abuse or misuse

Failure to follow proper start-up instructions

Physical damage to controls, monitors, buttons, or components

Electrical issues caused by faulty wiring, power surges, or lightning

Damage from extreme heat (above 90°F) or extreme cold (below 60°F)

Damage from water, humidity, or liquids

Damage from moving, tipping, or dropping the machine

Unauthorized repairs or added components

Attempts to change, upgrade, or alter the machine

On-site labor or travel expenses

Routine maintenance or cleaning

Dotmation monitor/screen replacements

OLED button deck switches and lights

Slot machine handle assemblies

Acts of God including but not limited to floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, thunderstorms, lightning, or dust storms

Coin or bill validator jams caused by misuse

Any cosmetic or structural alteration to the cabinet

Shipping damage (covered separately under freight insurance)

Commercial, public, or non-home use of any kind

No Additional Warranties

No other warranties—expressed or implied—whether verbal or written, shall apply.
No statements or representations by YP, LLC, its representatives, agents, or affiliates modify this Limited Warranty unless expressly agreed to in writing by YP, LLC.
