Buyer Acknowledgment & Use Restrictions

By purchasing from YP, LLC, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees that:

The BUYER is responsible for verifying state and local laws prior to purchase.

All slot machines sold for private home ownership are intended solely for entertainment and amusement purposes.

Unless expressly permitted by law, use of privately owned gambling devices for gambling for profit is strictly prohibited.

Any product purchased from YP, LLC will not be used for unauthorized or illegal gambling activities.

The BUYER agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YP, LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, penalties, fines, seizures, or enforcement actions arising from the BUYER’s illegal or unauthorized use of any product.

Pickup, Delivery & International Customers

Customer pickup of slot machines may be available by appointment during business hours, subject to confirmation by YP, LLC.

Local delivery, when offered by YP, LLC, is limited to approved delivery areas and is subject to availability and additional terms.

Customers located outside the United States, including Canada, must contact YP, LLC directly for applicable requirements, restrictions, and procedures prior to purchase.
