Shipping Process

Once the machine departs our facility, tracking information will be emailed so you may monitor the shipment.

When the shipment reaches the local freight terminal:

The LTL freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery

Delivery is typically performed using an 18-foot truck with lift-gate

Delivery is curbside only

Important: Freight carriers do not bring machines inside, uncrate, or provide setup services.

Inspection & Freight Damage Claims (Critical)

You must inspect the machine for visible damage before signing the delivery paperwork.
Any damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt with the driver at the time of delivery.

Once delivery paperwork is signed without notation, YP, LLC is not responsible for freight-related damage claims.

Returns & Restocking

To request a return, you must obtain prior authorization by contacting YP, LLC at (323) 484-3588 before returning any item.

All approved returns are subject to:

A 25% restocking fee

Buyer responsibility for all shipping costs, including original outbound freight and return shipping

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
